スイス大使館で キュボロ教室を 公使にご体験頂きました
I was invited by the Embassy of Switzerland
to give a Cubolo school in Japan to the Minister of Switzerland.
Cuboro, which originated in Switzerland,
is known as an educational toy that Sota Fujii, a professional shogi player,
has been familiar with them since he was three years old.
In 2017, cuboro school in Japan began to foster intuition,
creativity, and programming thinking with Cuboro.
Cuboro schools have spread throughout.
The cuboro school is so exciting that a national competition is being held.
I showed the Minister how fun the curriculum of the Cuboro class is
by having him experience it.
I was greatly encouraged by the Minister’s words,
who said that the educational culture from Switzerland nurtures
the creativity of Japanese children
and that he would like to support the activities of the Cuboro school.

Kensuke Onishi, a member of the House of Representatives,
has been a regular supporter of the Cuboro school.
Mr. Onishi, a member of the Diet, was present and advised us
that the Cuboro school would be beneficial
for programming education in Japan.
In particular, he advised that the program would be beneficial for
analog programming education and unplugged programming education,
as well as for future cultural and international exchange initiatives
between Switzerland and Japan.
